The Awards provide the opportunity for those attending not only to present their best practice to Judges in pursuit of winning, but also to learn about best practice from industry leaders and to network with like-minded professionals. When Finalists, Sponsors, Partners and Judges book seats for their guests at the afternoon Awards Ceremony they enable each guest to take advantage of any of the morning opportunities below, which of course are also open to Finalists.
Finalists are now able to opt for their presentation to Category Judging Panels to be “open” for others to attend and view. This is a great opportunity to attend Finalists presenting to Judges and answering their questions about their customer experience best practice.

Be a Day Attendee
You don’t need to be a Finalist, Judge, Sponsor or Partner to come to the Awards. We also offer a Day Attendee rate if you wish to attend the day, see live judging of best practice when the Finalist’s present their Entries and experience the Awards first hand.
