Once you select the category or categories that you would like to enter (there are no limits here), complete the steps on the
Enter Now page to receive your unique login details. Submit your written entry before the deadline, then wait until you find out whether you have made it to the finals!
Make sure you read the
Plan2Win download, which can be found on the Resources page. It explains our categories and scoring criteria in detail. Additionally, it contains the most valuable information, like key dates and an explanation of what the judges will expect from you.
All entrants need to pay to enter the awards - but the earlier you enter, the more you save! The best savings are during the Super Early Bird period, which lasts until March 31, 2022. After that, there's an Early Bird entry phase lasting until May 26, 2022 and regular prices after that.

To attend the Awards Ceremony, you must book seats. Every delegate will be able to bring up to 5 guests.

Book Seats page to see prices, and remember: you can get some great savings if you book before September 22.
Any winners who have not purchased seats will be charged if they choose to receive their customised trophy.
Your entry form must be submitted through our online portal by August 4, 2022.
Once you enter, you will receive your unique login details via email to access the Awards Manager software, where you will submit your entry form.
NB. Don’t forget to hit save after completing each section, and only click ‘Submit’ when your entry is fully complete.
Every category is assessed by independent experts who apply to judge with us. We also appoint a Chair of Judges in each category to ensure all presentations proceed without delay. You will find their comments on your written entry and live presentation in a bespoke feedback report.

Finalists will be announced on August 19, 2022.
Absolutely! Those shortlisted will receive a Gulf Sustainability Awards finalist logo to use on your organisation’s website and social media platforms. Once our finalists are announced we send emails to our extensive contact list and promote all finalists on our strong social media channels.
You will also receive a special Booster Pack to help you promote your achievement and spread the word online.
The Gulf Sustainability Awards final will take place in Dubai on October 24, 2022. We will announce the venue very soon - watch this space!
At the Awards Finals, finalists present their initiatives before their judging panels. Many of these presentations are open to spectators.
At the Awards Ceremony, we will enjoy networking and entertainment, hear from our keynote speakers and celebrate the Guf's best sustainability initiatives by announcing the winners in each category.
After the winners are announced, live at the Awards Ceremony on 24th October, we will share their details on our social media platforms and via email.
No matter the result, all finalists will receive a full judges’ feedback report within three weeks of the event.
A survey sent out after the Awards will also allow you to give us your vital feedback on the experience.
